Passport Information
Your passport needs to be valid for at least six (6) months after your journey ends and should have a minimum of two (2) blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps for each country visited on your journey.
Certain countries require minors travelling without one or both parents or with a legal guardian to have a notarized letter of consent and other documentation. A list of embassies and specific entry requirements for the countries visited on your journey can be obtained through the U.S. Department of State at state.gov or the Government of Canada at Travel.gc.ca.

Holders of U.S. or Canadian passports are not required to obtain a tourist visa for entry into Botswana.
Vaccination Requirements
Check with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc.gov/travel) or the World Health Organization (who.int/en) for the latest on required/recommended vaccines for your destination. You’ll want to visit your doctor or local travel clinic a couple of months before departure to allow time for any vaccinations to take effect or to fill any prescriptions.
You will be travelling to areas of malaria transmission. We strongly advise that you speak with your doctor or travel clinic regarding your itinerary, individual risk assessment and options for mosquito bite prevention, and antimalarial drugs. We recommend filling any prescriptions before you depart.
A yellow fever vaccination, administered at least 10 days prior to your arrival, is only required for this destination if you are arriving from, or have transited through, a yellow fever-endemic area in South America or Africa. The CDC and WHO each provide a current list of all affected countries. Please be sure to carry the International Certificate of Vaccination provided by your physician, as you may be denied entry without it. If your physician advises against receiving the vaccination, they can provide you with the necessary documentation.
Baggage
Flights within Southern Africa: One soft-sided checked bag, dimensions not to exceed 23x13x10 in. (58x33x25 cm) and one carry-on bag. Combined weight of baggage, including a purse or camera bag, not to exceed 44 lbs. (20 kg) per person. A complimentary A&K duffel, custom-designed to meet airline standards, will be sent to you approximately 30 days prior to departure.

A tourist visa is required for U.S. or Canadian passport holders for entry into Zimbabwe and can be obtained on arrival at all points of entry. Although there is also a Zimbabwe e-Visa option, it is not available to U.S. or Canadian citizens.
U.S. citizens can obtain a single-entry visa on arrival valid for 30 days for USD $30 (subject to change).
Canadian passport holders may obtain a single-entry visa on arrival for USD $75 (subject to change).
A KAZA UNIVISA may be a less expensive option if you are entering Zimbabwe multiple times during your journey. The visa is valid for 30 days and allows multiple entries into Zambia and Zimbabwe. U.S. or Canadian citizens only visiting Zambia do not need a KAZA UNIVISA. A KAZA UNIVISA may be obtained at the points of entry listed below for a fee of USD $50 (subject to change):

All visa fees must be paid in U.S. dollars, cash only. Carry the exact amount as change may not be available.
Additionally, in order to reduce waiting times during the immigration process, travellers arriving into Victoria Falls Airport (VFA), Harare Intl. Airport (HRE) or Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo Intl. Airport (BUQ) must complete an online arrivals declaration form. Click here to access the declaration form. Currently, a paper form will still be available for guests who have not completed the online form in advance. U.S. and Canadian citizens will still need to obtain and pay for a Zimbabwe visa upon arrival.
