DAY 1 | CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT | Meet and Assist
On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, a Menzies representative will meet you with your name on a signboard when you enter the main terminal building. The representative will assist you through customs and immigration (if on an international flight) and to collect your luggage. You are accompanied to the arrivals hall to meet your transfer driver for your onward journey.
DAY 1 | ELLERMAN HOUSE | CAPE TOWN | SOUTH AFRICA

Uncover the powerful stories of Robben Island on an exclusive guided tour, just a short ferry ride from Cape Town. Just seven kilometres off the coast, this island once held Africa’s most significant political prisoners, including Nelson Mandela. Your adventure begins with a ferry ride from the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the vibrant V&A Waterfront.
Upon arrival, you’ll board a bus for an immersive tour led by former political prisoners who share the island’s poignant 500-year history. Explore the haunting leprosy graveyard, the historic Lime Quarry, and Robert Sobukwe’s house. Discover the Bluestone Quarry, military bunkers, and the infamous Maximum Security Prison, where countless freedom fighters were detained.
DAY 4 | La RESIDENCE | FRANSCHHOEK | SOUTH AFRICA
Located in the beautiful Franschhoek valley, with the vineyards and mountains forming a picture-perfect backdrop, La Residence provides a haven of luxurious accommodation. DAY 5 - 7 | WINELANDS DISCOVERY PASS | FRANSCHHOEK | SOUTH AFRICA

Your journey typically encompasses the charming towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, and Paarl, although the itinerary can be tailored to your wine preferences. Begin your adventure in Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa, renowned for its canal-lined streets and exquisite Cape Dutch architecture.

DAY 7 | TRANSFER | CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO MAUN AIRPORT
On arrival at Maun Airport and after clearing customs and immigration, you will be met and assisted by a Wilderness representative to your light aircraft for your onward circuit air transfer to Wilderness Chitabe.
You will take a light aircraft transfer from Maun Airport to Wilderness Chitabe.
DAY 7 - 10 | WILDERNESS CHITABE | OKAVANGO DELTA | BOTSWANA
Wilderness Chitabe’s location places it at the heart of a complex and beautiful mosaic of habitats, and this diversity results in Wilderness Chitabe being one of the most storied of all Botswana’s areas. Experienced, passionate guides are inspired by the intricate and dynamic landscapes to deliver wildlife experiences few other locations can match.
Eight elevated, meru-style guest tents provide the perfect human habitat, while a stroll along the elevated walkways connecting them to the main area is a safari experience in itself. Day and night drives, and guided walks, showcase the varied wildlife and landscapes of the Okavango.
DAY 10 - 13 | WILDERNESS LITTLE VUMBURA | OKAVANGO DELTA | BOTSWANA
This small, intimate camp embodies all that is best about the Okavango Delta – breathtaking beauty, remote, peaceful island location, abundant game and varied landscapes. Add in the warm hospitality of the people of this region – who are stakeholders in the ecotourism success story of the Okavango – and you have a winning (and beautiful) combination.
With access to varied, game-rich habitats, this six-tented camp nestles beneath the trees of an ancient island forest. A floating jetty connects land with water, and the wildlife experience can include sightings of sable, and African wild dogs.
DAY 13 | TRANSFER | WILDERNESS LITTLE VUMBURA TO MAUN AIRPORT | END OF EXRCUSION
Check-out and take a light aircraft transfer from Wilderness Little Vumbura to Maun Airport.
